At Prolec, we know family and business are linked together, and this connection allows us not only to establish a solid and long-term relationship with our employees, but also reach our goals through a shared effort.
For this reason, our organization works day to day in the creation of the right conditions that allow our employees to grow professionally and feel accomplished, while offering, at the same time, a healthy environment for family bond.

At the end of 2015, we received the “Inclusive Company” Award, and we are working hard to receive the “Family-Friendly Company” Award, which recognizes workplaces with good work practices for a healthy work-family relationship.
However, more than the award, what really matters to us is providing our employees and their families with a better quality of life. We can only accomplish this through the different activities and initiatives that we have implemented over the years.
Among the activities we offer, we can highlight those that promote women’s professional growth and development (Xignux-ANSPAC), in which not only our female employees, but also the moms, wives and daughters of all of our employees, are invited to participate.
We also have a recreational center called “El Mezquite”, where our employees and their loved ones can go and spend time together, participating in sports, cultural, recreational and healthy activities.
For our children, we have an Academic and Child Development Program (PADI), which complements their academic education by giving them guidance and support on topics they see at school, through the Homework Club. They can also participate in sports and artistic activities that strengthen their development and keep them away from danger by providing an alternative to staying home alone waiting for their parent to come back from work.
To support these important initiatives, we have implemented the Employee Support Program (PAE) where our employees and their families receive confidential and free counsel from experts to deal with emotional, legal, and medical issues, as well as issues related to nutrition and finances.
